After a couple of decades working for double glazing companies, Dougie had seen every underhanded trick in the book. He was tired of installing windows and doors for customers who'd had their prices jacked up by sales people working on commission who drove home in Porches.

He approached his lifelong friend Joe who had experience in the the third sector and was already running a social enterprise and together - over some beer - they came up with a plan for a brand new double glazing company with a unique attitude. They decided to treat their customers fairly and with respect. They decided to offer their best price first time every time and they decided on total transparency, so no false discounts, no pressure, no salespeople.
