Co-Founder
Joe is one of the co-founders of Greater Good Glass and brings experience from the third sector and social enterprise world.
His background helped shape the purpose behind the business. Greater Good Glass was never created simply to sell windows and doors. It was created to offer customers a fairer experience while also supporting charities, community groups and third sector organisations across Scotland.
Joe is often one of the first people customers speak to. His focus is on making sure every customer receives clear communication, honest guidance and a straightforward experience from the beginning.

Dougie Smith
Co-Founder, Window & Door Specialist
Dougie is one of the co-founders of Greater Good Glass and brings decades of experience from the window and door industry.
After spending years working for traditional double glazing companies, Dougie had seen the problems customers often faced: pressure selling, inflated prices, misleading discounts and poor experiences. He knew there was a better way to do things.
His technical experience is central to the quality of the work Greater Good Glass delivers. From product knowledge to installation standards, Dougie helps ensure customers receive windows and doors that are properly specified, carefully fitted and built to last.
